规定具体内容：
条件1：
客票出票日期在2020年09月30日（含）之前，至少有一个票联出发日期在2021年09月30日（含）之前：
提取票面后，在Date of Issue栏中查看“客票出票日期”
· 变更
1) 当变更相同舱位（头等舱/商务舱/经济舱）里其他任意子舱位，变更航班/日期，变更路线（变更后的客票点在相同区域就近的城市），变更后的航班在运营中阿联酋航空自营航班时，免收客票换开手续费/No-Show手续费/相同舱位中不同子舱位之间的运价差额/燃油附加费的差额。
- 如果行程中涉及第五航权航段，那么变更路线时新行程只能还预定在第五航权航段上。举例：目前EK正在自营 DXB-EK-CKY-EK-DSS，并且在CKY允许上下客。有一张客票已经定好CKY-EK-DSS-EK-CKY航段，那么换路线时，新路线不可以换成 CKY-EK-DXB-EK-CKY航段。
- 需要补交新行程中出现新的税种或增加的税值。
- 季节性，最短/最长停留，迪拜经停，运价的有效期可豁免。
- 如果新行程价值低于旧行程价值，差价不退还。
- 运价基础，免费托运行李额信息保持与原客票票面一致。
- 签转栏中输入INVOL ROGW006 DUE COVID-19。
2) 当变更后的客票点不在相同区域：（区域的定义请参考本文最下方的附录）
- 免收换开手续费/No-Show手续费。
- 需要补交运价差额/燃油附加费的差额。
- 需要补交新行程中出现新的税种或增加的税值。
- 换开客票时新票运价要等于或高于原始客票。
- 运价基础，免费托运行李额等按照新票自动显示票面为准。
- 签转栏中输入INVOL ROGW006 DUE COVID-19。
3) 允许变更自原始客票出票日期后24个月内的航班/日期。
4) 变更换开的次数不限。
5) 里程兑换客票，或者使用现金+里程作为支付方式的客票均适用以上规定。
6) 变更路线时，避免换开到其他航空公司。受疫情影响各家航司航班都可能出现航变或取消。如果乘客坚持换开至其他航司，运价/燃油附加/税项出现差价时，需收取。
7) 如果变更的航段涉及EK代码共享航班的航段，或者涉及其他航空公司的联运航段，那么：
· 涉及EK代码共享航班的航段：
重新预定EK代码共享航班时，如果预定到相同路线相同舱位的任意其他子舱位，可免收客票换开手续费，免收运价差。
如果将原EK代码共享航班重新预定到其他线路时，则需补交运价/税项的差额。仅免收客票换开手续费。
· 涉及其他航空公司联运的航段：
重新预定其他航司的航段时，如果预定在相同子舱位相同航司相同路线，可免收客票换开手续费，免收运价差。
如果不满足上述要求，那么则需补交运价/税项的差额。仅免收客票换开手续费。
8) 当婴儿变成儿童，儿童变成成人时：
· 婴儿 > 儿童：需收取儿童适用的价格/税项，免收换开手续费。
· 儿童 > 成人：全程未用时，需收取成人适用的价格/税项；部分使用时，儿童客票可以在客票有效期内适用。
· 退票
1) 未使用的票联对应的价值可以退票，免手续费。
2) 也可以选择暂不退票，留作乘客本人以后使用。
Ø 如果原始客票的票联还有OPEN状态的，那么GDS系统可以从原始客票出票日起760天都保持OPEN状态，便于代理人提取客票。
请代理人务必在760天内使用完票联，如果不再使用请及时处理，以免过期后无法提取票面。
Ø 原始客票中OPEN状态的票联对应的价值（例如客票全部价值或者剩余未使用的价值），可作为在未来任何日期里旅行出新票时的付款方式（FOP）。
Ø 换开客票时，请在EI项中输入“INVOL ROGW006 DUE COVID-19”。
3) 举例：计算未使用（OPEN状态的）票联对应的价值的方法（2020年5月6日起生效）：
Ø 全程未用时：
未使用客票的价值 = 全程的运价 + 全程的燃油附加费+ 全程税 - 可能存在的不可退税项 （请参考附录中列表了解不可退的税项）
Ø 部分使用后：
1. 已使用部分正好是一个完整的运价区间或者行程的折返点：
例如：BJS-DXB-JNB//CPT-DXB-BJS 已使用了BJS-DXB-JNB去程，未使用CPT-DXB-BJS回程
未使用客票的价值 =（全程的运价 - 已经使用行程的同等舱位的单程运价）+ （全程的燃油附加费 - 已经使用行程对应的燃油附加费）+ （全程的税 - 已经使用行程对应的税 - 可能存在的不可退税）
如果已经使用行程没有同等舱位运价，则减去较高子舱位的单程运价。
如果单程运价超过原始客票运价，则
未使用客票的价值 = （全程的运价 + 全程的燃油附加费）x 25% +（ 全程的税 - 已经使用行程对应的税 - 可能存在的不可退税）
2. 已使用部分超过一个完整的运价区间或者行程的折返点
例如：BJS-DXB-JNB//CPT-DXB-BJS 已使用了BJS-DXB-JNB//CPT-DXB ，未使用DXB-BJS，则
未使用客票的价值 = （全程的运价 + 全程的燃油附加费）x 25% +（ 全程的税 - 已经使用行程对应的税 - 可能存在的不可退税）
